Instead of an external Escrow company we have found that the following meets our customers needs and is cheaper. You can receive our complete Visual Studio project ready to compile for a flat fee of $1995. This would allow you to independently perform updates on the DLL. As long as you remain a paid-up registered user you would also get the source for all of our updates. You can review our Source Software License here.
