Park Square Corporation grants the purchaser the right to use the Withholding32 software for one calendar year subject to the following restrictions.
Your right to use this software ends at midnight on December 31 of
the year you purchase the license. You may only distribute the Withholding
32 DLL as part of another software package which calls functions within the
Withholding32 DLL. You may not distribute any documentation or information
about the use of the Withholding32 DLL. Withholding32 may not be
used in a publicly accessible Internet application without advanced
permission of Park Square Corporation. Park Square Corporation agrees to provide updates in a timely manner when Federal or
State withholding tables change. While we make every effort to enter
all tables correctly, errors may occur. We agree to issue updates in
a timely manner to fix errors brought to our attention. Park
Square Corporations liability does not include or extend to claims for any damages, including
but not limited to loss of profits, data or use of the software, or special,
incidental, or consequential damages or other similar claims even if Park
Square Corporation has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. |
